Former 反逆者／反逆するs are 持つ／拘留するing child 囚人s in their 要塞／本拠地 city of Kidal に引き続いて 衝突／不一致s with a 競争相手 武装した group in northern Mali, the 国際連合 said Thursday.
Fighting between the ex-反逆者／反逆するs of the 調整 of Movements of Azawad (CMA) and the プロの／賛成の-政府 壇・綱領・公約 group has より悪くするd in 最近の weeks in northern Mali, in repeated 違反 of a 2015 停戦.
The CMA said in late July it was 持つ／拘留するing dozens of 囚人s in Kidal, a city it 支配（する）／統制するs, after 取り去る／解体するing a base of the GATIA 民兵 -- part of 壇・綱領・公約 -- and 殺人，大当り several of its 闘士，戦闘機s.
But Guillaume Ngefa, director of the human 権利s 分割 of the UN 使節団 to Mali, said Thursday that eight of those 存在 held were children and かもしれない child 兵士s.

The 武装した groups （刑事）被告 of 乱用s by the UN operate in areas where Mali's army is absent or has a very 限られた／立憲的な presence.
