Tens of thousands joined a 決起大会／結集させる in defence of Myanmar's army that snaked through Yangon to the iconic Sule Pagoda
軍の songs rang out across downtown Yangon Sunday as tens of thousands 決起大会／結集させるd in defence of Myanmar's army, an 会・原則 （刑事）被告 by the 全世界の community of 運動ing Rohingya イスラム教徒s from the country.
More than 600,000 Rohingya have fled western Rakhine 明言する／公表する to Bangladesh since late August when （警察の）手入れ，急襲s by 交戦的なs from the 少数，小数派 group were met with ruthless army "通関手続き／一掃 操作／手術s".
The 国際連合 has led 全世界の 激しい非難, calling the 厳重取締 a "textbook" example of 民族の 洗浄するing.
US 国務長官 Rex Tillerson phoned army 長，指導者 Min Aung Hlaing earlier this week to 表明する his 関心s at 申し立てられた／疑わしい 残虐（行為）s in Rakhine 明言する／公表する and 勧める a swift and 安全な return for the Rohingya.
But inside Myanmar support for the army has 殺到するd -- an ありそうもない turnaround for a once 恐れるd and hated 会・原則 that 支配するd for 50 years and whose 国会議員s lost ひどく in 2015 投票s.
Those 選挙s sent Aung San Suu Kyi's プロの／賛成の-僕主主義 party into 力／強力にする, but the Rohingya 危機 h as put her 政府 on the backfoot.
デモ参加者／実演宣伝者s carried 旗，新聞一面トップの大見出し／大々的に報道するs 称讃するing 指揮官-in-長，指導者 Min Aung Hlaing and rebuking the international community for "圧力ing the Tatmadaw" -- as Myanmar's army is known.
"The Tatmadaw is 必須の for the country, it 保護するs our 民族の groups, races and 宗教," Nan Aye Aye Kyi, 54, told AFP as the 決起大会／結集させる snaked through Yangon to the iconic Sule Pagoda.
The Rohingya are not recognised as one of Myanmar's patchwork of 民族の groups.
恐れる of a イスラム教徒 引き継ぎ／買収 of Buddhist-大多数 Myanmar through Rakhine 明言する／公表する has been kindled over １０年間s by the army, which is now casting itself as saviour of the nation.
Kyaw Than, 64, a retired sergeant who served in the army for 41 years said the Tatmadaw "is 保護するing the whole country", 追加するing 主張s of 殺人, 強姦 and 放火（罪） against the Rohingya were "not true".
But international 圧力 is 強化するing.
The US is 重さを計るing 的d 許可／制裁s against 重要な 軍の leaders, while ローマ法王 Francis is scheduled to talk peace on a 目印 visit to the country next month.
Aung San Suu Kyi has 直面するd the sharp end of 全世界の 激しい抗議 over the 危機, with fellow Nobel laureates joining a cast of world leaders in 勧めるing her to 非難する the army and speak up for the Rohingya.
Suu Kyi's 支持者s say the once garlanded 権利s 支持する／優勝者 is hamstrung, with any 批評 of the still-支配的な army likely to 刺激する a strong 返答.
The army has unassailable 支配（する）／統制する of all 安全 事柄s and has only begun to cede other 法律-making 力／強力にするs to 非軍事の 政府 over the last few years.
