Russia's 決定/判定勝ち(する) two years ago to 介入する 軍事的に in Syria appears to have saved Bashar al-Assad´s 政権 but a peace 解決/入植地 seems ever more elusive, 分析家s say.

On Friday, Syrian 政府 軍隊/機動隊s retook Deir Ezzor, the last major city where the Islamic 明言する/公表する group had a presence. Assad's 軍隊s did so with ロシアの 空気/公表する support.

The successful 活動/戦闘 辛勝する/優位d the Syrian 大統領,/社長 closer to what looks like victory in the six-year-long war.

"Russia has won the war," 外務 分析家 Vladimir Frolov told AFP, "but it remains 不明瞭な if it can 勝利,勝つ peace in Syria."

When the ロシアの army began its 爆破 (選挙などの)運動をする in support of Assad's 政府 in September 2015, the 政権 seemed 壊れやすい and its army was exhausted and demoralised by major 後退s against 反逆者/反逆する groups and jihadists.

But Syrian 対立 groups in 追放する have said they will ボイコット(する) the 会談, calling them a joke.

"Sochi will not work because Assad, supported by Iran, is uncompromising and thinks he has nothing to sacrifice," said Shumilin.

"Assad wants a 軍の victory while Russia wants 交渉s."
