Florida woman 逮捕（する）d for 'drunk-運動ing' a horse

After one drink too many, a four-legged animal might seem a better 選択 than a four-wheeled 乗り物.
But sadly for one Florida woman, the police did not agree -- 逮捕（する）ing her Thursday for "drunk-運動ing" a horse.
Donna Byrne, 53, was 逮捕（する）d in Polk City, central Florida, for "DUI on a horse," the Polk 郡 郡保安官's Office said Friday.
Byrne is also （刑事）被告 of animal neglect for failing to 供給する proper 保護 for the horse, placing it at 危険 of 傷害 or death while riding it along the busy road.
によれば police, who were called by a 通りがかりの人, Byrne appeared intoxicated when officers arrived on the scene.
"Ms Byrne was 明白に not in any 条件 to be on the road. She not only put herself and the horse in danger, but also anyone who was 運動ing on the road, which is typically very busy," 郡保安官 Grady Judd said.
The horse was taken to a 郡保安官's office animal 避難所.
