Japan 告訴するd over 軍隊d 'eugenic' sterilisation

A Japanese woman in her 60s on Tuesday 告訴するd the 政府 over her 軍隊d sterilisation as a 十代の少年少女 under a now-消滅した／死んだ eugenics 法律, によれば a 法廷，裁判所 公式の／役人 and 地元の マスコミ 報告（する）／憶測s.
The woman, whose 指名する was not given, was 15 when the 政府 軍隊d her to を受ける a sterilisation 手続き in 1972 after she was 診断するd with a mental disability, 地元の マスコミ 報告（する）／憶測d.

Under Japan's eugenics 法律, some leprosy 患者s were also 軍隊d into abortions because of 政策s that forbade them from having children.
In 2005 a Japanese 法廷，裁判所 for the first time ordered the 明言する／公表する to 支払う／賃金 損害賠償金 to a former leprosy 苦しんでいる人 影響する／感情d by the 法律.
