中国 directs 使用者s to 認可するd VPNs as firewall 強化するs

International companies and individuals have been fretting for months over whether Beijing would 施行する new 規則s 抑制（する）ing the use of 事実上の 私的な 網状組織s (VPN).
The content accessible on 中国's 国内の internet is 高度に 制限するd. Google, Facebook and other foreign websites such as the New York Times and the BBC, and some email services, are 封鎖するd by the country's 広大な／多数の／重要な Firewall of 検閲.
One way to bypass the 支配（する）／統制するs is by using a VPN, which can 許す 使用者s to 接近 the unfiltered 全世界の internet. This is where 当局 are 割れ目ing 負かす／撃墜する.
