The Palestinians' 最高の，を越す 交渉者 said Tuesday there could be no discussions with US 大統領 Donald Trump's 行政 until his 承認 of Jerusalem as イスラエル's 資本／首都 is 逆転するd.
Saeb Erekat, 長官-general of the パレスチナ 解放 Organisation and the Palestinians' longtime 長，指導者 交渉者, told AFP in an interview the 決定／判定勝ち（する） was "part of a new American 時代 of moving from 交渉 to 口述".
Trump's December 6 承認 of Jerusalem as イスラエル's 資本／首都 始める，決める off 抗議するs の中で Palestinians, who consider the city to be their 資本／首都 同様に.
Erekat's comments come with rhetoric その上の sharpening between Trump's White House and the Palestinians, who have said the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs can no longer 調停する in the Middle East 衝突 and ボイコット（する）d a 最近の visit by US 副大統領 マイク Pence.

"You heard what 大統領 Trump said in Davos. He said: 'We took Jerusalem off the （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する'."
"The minute any Palestinian goes and 会合，会うs with American 公式の／役人s, it is an 受託 of their 決定／判定勝ち（する）. Now they are 脅すing us with money, with 援助（する）," he said.
"They 約束d not to 課す any 解答, and now they want the 会合 for the sake of the 会合."
Erekat said it was as if they were telling the Palestinians, "Come here boy, we know what's good for you."
Jerusalem's status is perhaps the most 極度の慎重さを要する 問題／発行する in the Israeli-Palestinian 衝突.

Hamas, the Islamist movement that runs the Gaza （土地などの）細長い一片, does not recognise イスラエル, with whom it has fought three wars.
Asked whether he believed the two-明言する／公表する 解答 was already dead, Erekat argued Trump and イスラエル's 右翼 政府 were in the 過程 of destroying it.
He said doing so would lead to "an enlargement of the cycle of 暴力／激しさ, extremism and 反対する-暴力／激しさ".
