Saudi Arabia and Egypt have 始める，決める up a $10 billion 共同の 基金 to develop a mega city, a Saudi 政府 source said Monday, as 栄冠を与える Prince Mohammed 貯蔵所 Salman visits Cairo.
The 取引，協定 is 目的（とする）d at developing the Egyptian 味方する of NEOM, the futuristic 事業／計画（する） またがるing Saudi Arabia and Jordan which was 明かすd by Prince Mohammed last October as part of 計画（する）s to diversify the kingdom's oil-扶養家族 economy.
"Saudi Arabia 調印するd (an) 投資 協定 with Egypt to develop Egyptian lands in the south of Sinai to be part of the NEOM 事業／計画（する）," the 政府 source told AFP.
"Saudi Arabia and Egypt have 始める，決める up a 共同の 基金 of equal 株 valued at more than $10 billion. The Egyptians' 株 構成するs a 賃貸し（する）d land for (the) long 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語."
Prince Mohammed's visit to Cairo is the first 脚 of his maiden foreign 小旅行する as 相続人 to the Saudi 王位.
The NEOM 取引，協定 強調するs growing 戦略の 関係 between the Arab world's richest and the most populous 明言する／公表するs -- Saudi Arabia and Egypt -- who are both …に反対するd to Iran's 影響（力） in the 地域.
Egypt is 名目上 part of a Saudi-led 軍の 連合 which 介入するd in Yemen in March 2015 to fight Iran-支援するd Huthi 反逆者／反逆するs.
The two 同盟（する）s are also part of a 圏 of nations that has ボイコット（する）d Qatar since June over 申し立てられた／疑わしい 関係 to Islamic 極端論者s and Iran.
Prince Mohammed's visit comes ahead of Egypt's 大統領の 投票s, scheduled for late March, with 現職の Abdel Fattah al-Sisi 推定する／予想するd to 勝利，勝つ a second four-year 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語.
The powerful 栄冠を与える prince is 推定する／予想するd in Britain on Wednesday for 会談 with 総理大臣 Theresa May and in the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs from March 19 to 22.

The $500-billion NEOM, meaning "new 未来" in a combination of English and Arabic abbreviations, is planned to be a biotech and 数字表示式の 中心 spread over 26,500 square kilometres (10,000 sq miles) in an area 直面するing Jordan and Egypt.
