Russia 捜し出すs 調停者 役割 between イスラエル and Iran

ロシアの 外務大臣 Sergei Lavrov said that "all 問題/発行するs should be solved through 対話" between イスラエル and Iran
に引き続いて Israeli strikes on Iranian 的s in Syria, Russia has positioned itself as a 調停者 between the Middle Eastern 競争相手s as it has 持続するd good relations with both countries.
"The Kremlin is sitting on two 議長,司会を務めるs," ロシアの 分析家 Alexei Malashenko told AFP.
"It is a コンビナート/複合体 and difficult 状況/情勢 for Russia that has links with both of the sworn enemies."
イスラエル carried out (警察の)手入れ,急襲s on dozens of Iranian 軍の 的s on Thursday after it said around 20 ロケット/急騰するs were 解雇する/砲火/射撃d from Syria at its 軍隊s in the 占領するd Golan 高さs.
Russia was quick to call for 抑制, with ロシアの 外務大臣 Sergei Lavrov 説 on Thursday that "all 問題/発行するs should be solved through 対話".
He 追加するd that Russia had 警告するd イスラエル to 避ける "all 活動/戦闘s that could be seen as 挑発的な" the day before the strikes, when Israeli 総理大臣 Benjamin Netanyahu was in Moscow for 会談 with 大統領 Vladimir Putin.
ロシアの 分析家 Fyodor Lukyanov said relations between Putin and Netanyahu were "very good" and that the 会合, on the eve of the strikes, showed Russia could play a major 役割 in the イスラエル-Iran 論争.
"Moscow could use its good relations with the two countries to help them communicate and make sure 対決 does not 越える 確かな 限界s," Lukyanov said.
- Major player -
Russia has become a major play er in the Middle East since 介入するing in the Syrian war on the 味方する of the Damascus 政権 in September 2015. 分析家s also 最高潮の場面 its 役割 as 調停者 in other 衝突s in the area.
"The 役割 of Russia as a 調停者 is 堅固に 高く評価する/(相場などが)上がるd in the 地域. This 役割 will be 増強するd if the 危機 between イスラエル and Iran worses," said Alexander Krylov, a 外交政策 専門家 at the Moscow 明言する/公表する 学校/設ける of International Relations.
Krylov told AFP that Russia's "付加 value" is that it has good relations with 軍隊s that other actors 辞退する to speak to such as with Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran and the Kurds.
Russia's good 関係 to イスラエル were 論証するd by Netanyahu's visit, he said.
"I do not 支配する out the idea that イスラエル gave some 手がかり(を与える)s to Russia about the strikes," Krylov said.
But even if Russia considers イスラエル's 安全 関心s over Iran 合法的, Lukyanov said, it sees Iran as an "不可欠の partner on many 問題/発行するs, 特に in Syria".
Russia, Iran and Turkey 定期的に 会合,会う to discuss the 規則 of the Syrian war, where the three countries have positioned themselves as major players.
Unlike Turkey, Iran and Moscow are unflinching 同盟(する)s of the Bashar al-Assad 政権 and often 持続する a 部隊d 外交の 前線.
分析家 Alexei Malashenko said Russia would do everything possible to 持続する relations with both イスラエル and Iran without taking a stand, 特に since イスラエル's strikes "do not 脅す" Moscow's position in Syria.
"If イスラエル were to 反抗する Russia's 支配的な 役割, Russia would 反応する and take a stand. This is ありそうもない to happen because イスラエル knows Russia defines the 支配するs in Syria," said Lukyanov.
- 'Anti-Iranian 感情' -
But if escalation continues, Moscow will find it difficult to keep playing a 調停者's 役割.
"Even with the best 意向, nobody can bring Iran and イスラエル to the same (米)棚上げする/(英)提議する," said Malashenko.

He 追加するd that Russia is also closely watching Washington's 出口 from the Iran 核の 取引,協定, which the Kremlin has …に反対するd. On Thursday Moscow said it would continue a "の近くに 共同" with Iran on the 協定.
Lukyanov said it may not have been coincidental that the Israeli strikes took place すぐに after US 大統領 Donald Trump 発表するd his country's 撤退 from the 取引,協定.
"Iran's enemies can only be 奮起させるd by this 決定/判定勝ち(する): there is a very strong anti-Iranian 感情," Lukyanov said. "増加するd US 圧力 on Iran has certainly helped イスラエル 実行する its 協議事項."
