Russia 捜し出すs 調停者 役割 between イスラエル and Iran

に引き続いて Israeli strikes on Iranian 的s in Syria, Russia has positioned itself as a 調停者 between the Middle Eastern 競争相手s as it has 持続するd good relations with both countries.
"The Kremlin is sitting on two 議長，司会を務めるs," ロシアの 分析家 Alexei Malashenko told AFP.
"It is a コンビナート／複合体 and difficult 状況／情勢 for Russia that has links with both of the sworn enemies."

Russia was quick to call for 抑制, with ロシアの 外務大臣 Sergei Lavrov 説 on Thursday that "all 問題／発行するs should be solved through 対話".
He 追加するd that Russia had 警告するd イスラエル to 避ける "all 活動／戦闘s that could be seen as 挑発的な" the day before the strikes, when Israeli 総理大臣 Benjamin Netanyahu was in Moscow for 会談 with 大統領 Vladimir Putin.
ロシアの 分析家 Fyodor Lukyanov said relations between Putin and Netanyahu were "very good" and that the 会合, on the eve of the strikes, showed Russia could play a major 役割 in the イスラエル-Iran 論争.

Krylov told AFP that Russia's "付加 value" is that it has good relations with 軍隊s that other actors 辞退する to speak to such as with Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran and the Kurds.
Russia's good 関係 to イスラエル were 論証するd by Netanyahu's visit, he said.
"I do not 支配する out the idea that イスラエル gave some 手がかり（を与える）s to Russia about the strikes," Krylov said.
But even if Russia considers イスラエル's 安全 関心s over Iran 合法的, Lukyanov said, it sees Iran as an "不可欠の partner on many 問題／発行するs, 特に in Syria".
Russia, Iran and Turkey 定期的に 会合，会う to discuss the 規則 of the Syrian war, where the three countries have positioned themselves as major players.
Unlike Turkey, Iran and Moscow are unflinching 同盟（する）s of the Bashar al-Assad 政権 and often 持続する a 部隊d 外交の 前線.
分析家 Alexei Malashenko said Russia would do everything possible to 持続する relations with both イスラエル and Iran without taking a stand, 特に since イスラエル's strikes "do not 脅す" Moscow's position in Syria.

But if escalation continues, Moscow will find it difficult to keep playing a 調停者's 役割.
