中国 会社／堅い develops 'レーザー gun'

A Chinese 会社／堅い has developed a レーザー gun designed for police use that can 始める，決める 解雇する／砲火／射撃 to 抗議する人s' hair or 旗，新聞一面トップの大見出し／大々的に報道するs from a 範囲 of almost one kilometre.
The general 経営者／支配人 of the ZKZM 繊維 レーザー company, who asked to remain 匿名の／不明の, said the 武器 would "すぐに" produce a "strong 苦痛 返答" in the 的 but 強調する／ストレスd it was designed to be "非，不，無-lethal".
"The 武器 is designed to do things such as setting 解雇する／砲火／射撃 to 違法な 旗，新聞一面トップの大見出し／大々的に報道するs at a 抗議する or setting 解雇する／砲火／射撃 to the hair or 着せる／賦与するing of a 抗議する人," he told AFP.
"It is not designed explicitly for 殺人，大当り like a gun that uses 弾丸s and cannot 原因（となる） the 'instant carbonisation' of human 肌 and tissues," he 追加するd.
The 15-mm calibre 武器 重さを計るs three kilogrammes (6.6 続けざまに猛撃するs), has a 範囲 of 800 metres (2,600 feet) and can pass through glass and other transparent 障害s.
It can be 機動力のある on cars, boats and 計画（する）s, the 会社／堅い said, 追加するing that it was "捜し出すing a partner that has a 武器s 生産／産物 licence or a partner in the 安全 or defence 産業 to start large-規模 生産／産物".
It is "おもに 推定する／予想するd to be for Chinese police use", the 経営者／支配人 told AFP.
He said it would need to be 昇格d to a "レーザー 大砲" -- with 増加するd 力／強力にする -- to become lethal and 確認するd his 会社／堅い was working on such a 武器.
But he 公式文書，認めるd there was an international 協定 not to develop 殺し屋 レーザーs and said any such 武器s would be "非人道的な... the 苦痛 would be unimaginable".
Some 専門家s wer e 懐疑的な of the 明かすing, 説 レーザー 兵器 was still a 事柄 of science fiction.
Specialist website Techcrunch 公式文書，認めるd that "レーザー 兵器 有能な of real 害（を与える） has eluded the eager boffins of the world's 軍のs for several 推論する／理由s".
