The success of a 共同の Korean basketball team showed the two 味方するs of the divided 半島 can work together, a South Korean player said Sunday, 説 she'd realised North Koreans aren't "scary" after all.
Kim Han-byul -- who was born Kimberly Roberson to a Korean mother and an American father in Indiana -- was speaking after 統一するd Korea thrashed Thailand 106-63 to 始める，決める up a 半分-final 衝突／不一致 with Taiwan at the Asian Games on Thursday.
She said there had been 障害物s to 打ち勝つ when the women's team got together, but they were now 目的（とする）ing for the podium.
"Our 目的（とする） is to get a メダル. We only got together for a short time so that was an 障害; you need to build a chemistry in sport. There is a little la nguage 障壁, like the dialect is different," Kim told reporters.
"But anything can happen. Peace on the 法廷，裁判所, peace everywhere," she said with a smile.
The 高度に 象徴的な all-Korean squad are also fielding 部隊d teams in canoeing and 列／漕ぐ／騒動ing at the Asian Games, in the 最新の 調印する of 雪解けing relations on the troubled 半島.
They won an Asian Games gold メダル together for the first time in their history on Sunday, with victory in the women's 500 metres dragon boating.

"I heard they just had two weeks to practise before the Games, and here they are making it into the 半分-決勝戦. I am impressed," he said.
"In this 肉親，親類d of sports events having a 部隊d team will be meaningful for both our countries."
