Palestinians see 援助（する） 削減（する） as 最新の US move to '（負債など）支払う' their 原因（となる）

US 大統領 Donald Trump's 削減（する） of more than $200 million in 援助（する） for Gaza and the West Bank is the 最新の in a 一連の steps Palestinian leaders say 目的（とする）s to "（負債など）支払う" their 原因（となる）.
The move follows Trump's 承認 in December of the 論争d city of Jerusalem as イスラエル's 資本／首都 同様に as his 氷点の of $300 million in 年次の 基金ing for the 国際連合 機関 for Palestinian 難民s (UNRWA).
Washington's new 政策 on Jerusalem overturned １０年間s of precedent and 誘発するd the Palestinian leadership to break off relations with the White House.

For many Israelis, the changes made by Washington are long 延滞の and bring years of failed peace 成果／努力s closer in line with reality.
But Palestinian leaders argue the White House is playing into the 手渡すs of Israeli 政治家，政治屋s.
Speaking in June, when the US 援助（する） was 単に fr ozen instead of 削減（する）, longtime Palestinian 長，指導者 交渉者 Saeb Erekat spoke of the need to "敗北・負かす the American-Israeli 計画／陰謀 to （負債など）支払う the Palestinian 原因（となる）".
He and other Palestinian leaders 反応するd furiously to Friday's 告示, with one calling it "cheap ゆすり，恐喝" to coerce them into 受託するing 条件 of the peace 計画（する） that the White House has 約束d to 明かす.
"America is now 株ing in the dreams and the 政策s of イスラエル's 右翼 政府," said Palestinian political 分析家 Jihad Harb.
- 'More than absurd' -

But for Kobi Michael, 以前は in 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 of Palestinian 問題／発行するs at イスラエル's 戦略の 事件／事情／状勢s 省, Trump's approach serves as a necessary rude awakening for the Palestinian leadership.
He 特記する／引用するd Palestinians' 拒絶 to 受託する Jerusalem as イスラエル's 資本／首都, coupled with the UN's method of 分類するing Palestinian 難民s, as "特徴 which are much more than absurd in the 注目する，もくろむs of the 大多数 of the Israelis".

Some 750,000 Palestinians fled or were expelled during the 1948 war surrounding イスラエル's 創造.

Palestinians and 権利s groups say the 機関 供給するs 決定的な 援助 -- 含むing schooling for hundreds of thousands of students -- that さもなければ may not be 利用できる.
