Iran 公約するs '鎮圧するing 返答' after gunmen kill 29 at army parade
The Islamic 明言する／公表する group has （人命などを）奪う，主張するd 責任／義務 for the parade attack in southwestern Iran
Iranian 大統領 Hassan Rouhani 公約するd a "鎮圧するing" 返答 after 加害者s sprayed a （人が）群がる with 砲火, 狙撃 dead at least 29 people 含むing women and children Saturday at a 軍の parade 近づく the Iraqi 国境.
The Islamic 明言する／公表する (IS) group （人命などを）奪う，主張するd 責任／義務 for the rare 強襲，強姦 in the southwestern city of Ahvaz, while Iranian 公式の／役人s 非難するd "a foreign 政権" 支援するd by the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs.
A 地元の 新聞記者／雑誌記者 who 証言，証人／目撃するd the attack said 発射s rang out for 10 to 15 minutes and that at least one of the 加害者s, 武装した with a Kalashnikov 強襲，強姦 ライフル銃／探して盗む, wore the uniform of Iran's 革命の Guards.
"We realised it was a テロリスト attack as 護衛s (of 公式の／役人s) started 狙撃," Behrad Ghasemi told AFP. "Everything went haywire and 兵士s started running."
"The テロリストs had no particular 的 and didn't really seem to care as they 発射 anyone they could with 早い 砲火."
Ahvaz lies in Khuzestan, a 州 国境ing Iraq that has a large 民族の Arab community and has seen 分離主義者 暴力／激しさ in the past that Iran has 非難するd on its 地域の 競争相手s.
Iran 召喚するd 外交官s from Denmark, the Netherlands and Britain over their "hosting of some members of the テロリスト group" which carried out the attack, 明言する／公表する マスコミ said Sunday.

外務大臣 Mohammad Javad Zarif said the attack was carried out by "テロリストs 新採用するd, trained, 武装した & paid by a foreign 政権".
"Iran 持つ／拘留するs 地域の terror sponsors and their US masters accountable for such attacks," he wrote on Twitter.

IS （人命などを）奪う，主張するd the attack 経由で its 宣伝 mouthpiece Amaq and, によれば 知能 監視する SITE, said the attack was in 返答 to Iranian 関与 in 衝突s across the 地域.

"This 操作／手術 was a 延長／続編 of the other forms of war the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs and its 同盟（する）s are 行うing, 直接／まっすぐに or 間接に," it said.
In a message to Russia's の近くに 地域の 同盟（する）, 大統領 Vladimir Putin said he was "appalled by this 血まみれの 罪，犯罪", while Syria, another 同盟（する）, 隣人ing Turkey and フラン also 表明するd 弔慰s.

Khuzestan was a major battleground of the 1980s war with Iraq and the 州 saw 不安 in 2005 and 2011, but has since been 大部分は 静かな.
Kurdish 反逆者／反逆するs frequently attack 軍の patrols on the 国境 その上の north, but attacks on 政権 的s in major cities are rare.
On June 7, 2017 in Tehran, 17 people were killed and dozens 負傷させるd in 同時の attacks on the 議会 and on the tomb of 革命の leader Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini -- the first inside Iran （人命などを）奪う，主張するd by IS.
