The US special （外交）使節／代表 for North Korea will 長，率いる to Pyongyang on Wednesday for 会談 ahead of a much-心配するd second 首脳会議 between Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un, the 明言する／公表する Department said Monday.
In 新規加入 to 準備s for the 首脳会議, Stephen Biegun's 会合s with North Korean 公式の／役人 Kim Hyok Chol will "前進する その上の 進歩 on the かかわり合いs the 大統領，／社長 and Chairman Kim made in Singapore: 完全にする （核兵器を）取り除く, transforming US-DPRK relations and building a 継続している peace on the Korean 半島," a 声明 read.
In an interview with CBS on Sunday, Trump said the date and 発生地 of his 近づいている second 首脳会議 with the North Korean leader had been agreed -- and would likely be 発表するd before or during his 明言する／公表する of the Union 演説（する）／住所 on Tuesday.
Vietnam is seen as the most likely 発生地 for the 会合, which is 推定する／予想するd to take place late this month, and follows their 目印 first 首脳会議 in Singapore last June.
That 会合 -- the first-ever between the leaders of the US and North Korea -- produced a ばく然と-worded 文書 in which Kim 誓約（する）d to work に向かって "the （核兵器を）取り除く of the Korean 半島."
But 進歩 has since 立ち往生させるd with the two 味方するs 同意しないing over what that means.
Last week, US Director of 国家の 知能 Dan Coats told 議会 th at "North Korea is ありそうもない to give up all of its 核の 武器s and 生産／産物 能力s".
