Nissan taps new Renault boss to 取って代わる Ghosn on board

Japan's Nissan said Tuesday that its board has 指名するd the new boss of Renault to 取って代わる Carlos Ghosn, who is in 拘留，拘置 直面するing 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s of 財政上の 不品行／姦通.
The 決定／判定勝ち（する） to turn over Ghosn's board seat to ジーンズ-Dominique Senard must still be 批准するd by 株主s, and the company said it had 始める，決める an April 8 date for an 驚くべき／特命の／臨時の 株主s' 会合.
Nissan said the 株主 会合 would be 限られた／立憲的な to discussion of Senard's 指名／任命 and the 公式の／役人 除去 of Ghosn and his 権利-手渡す man Greg Kelly from the board.
