Myanmar army 警告するs against changing 'essence' of 憲法
Major General Tun Tun Nyi told reporters the army was against a パネル盤 formed by Aung San Suu Kyi's party to discuss 改革（する）ing Myanmar's 議論の的になる 憲法
Myanmar's 軍の Saturday said they would 妨害する 試みる／企てるs by leader Aung San Suu Kyi's party to alter the "essence" of the country's 議論の的になる 憲法, putting the army and 非軍事の 行政 on a 衝突／不一致 course over the 政治上-告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d 問題／発行する.
Suu Kyi's 国家の League for 僕主主義 (NLD) 支配するd 2015 選挙s ending １０年間s of 軍の-支援するd 支配する.
But because of a 2008 借り切る／憲章 scripted by the 軍の, the NLD was 軍隊d into an uneasy 力／強力にする-株ing 協定.
The 憲法 認めるs the 武装した services 支配（する）／統制する of 安全 省s and a ４半期/4分の1 of unelected 議会の seats.
That 手渡すs the 軍の an 効果的な 拒否権 over 憲法の change.
But the NLD-支配するd 議会 投票（する）d earlier this month to form a cross-party 委員会 to look at 改革（する）s of the 借り切る／憲章, a 重要な （選挙などの）運動をする 誓約（する）.
The party will be 配分するd 18 out of 45 seats on the パネル盤, the 軍の will have eight and the 残りの人，物 will be divided between other parties.
There has been no 詳細（に述べる） about the 明確な／細部 改革（する）s, but 軍の MPs stood up in 抗議する when the idea was first 討議するd.
Major General Tun Tun Nyi told reporters in Yangon that 45 people is not enough to review the 借り切る／憲章 and the 過程 "would not be fair".
Tun Tun Nyi said the army is not …に反対するd to 改正s but "we are 拒絶するing trying to change the 憲法 this way".
准將 General and 軍の MP Than Soe said they would 参加する the パネル盤 but would …に反対する changes to the "essence of the 憲法", echoing rare comments by 指揮官-in-長，指導者 Min Aung Hlaing in an interview this month with Japanese paper Asahi Shimbun.

Tun Tun Nyi 繰り返し言うd 対立 to that 合法的な manoeuvre, calling it "beyond the 憲法", which is why "we 非難するd it when it was discussed."
