連合 of African Football 大統領，／社長 Ahmad Ahmad was 解放（する）d by French 当局 on Friday
The 大統領，／社長 of the 連合 of African Football (CAF), Ahmad Ahmad, held in a 汚職 調査（する）, was 解放（する）d without 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 in フラン on Friday, the Marseille public 検察官，検事 said.
検察官，検事 Xavier Tarabeux said Ahmad was 逮捕（する）d in Paris on Thursday and questioned as part of an 調査 opened on May 28 by Marseille 捜査官／調査官s into 汚職, 違反 of 信用 and 偽造.
Ahmad was in Paris for the FIFA 議会 ahead of the start of the Women's World Cup. His 連合's marquee event, the African Cup of Nations, kicks off in Egypt on June 21.
