Guatemala's 憲法の 法廷，裁判所 has 認めるd an （裁判所の）禁止（強制）命令 封鎖するing 大統領 Jimmy 意気込み／士気s from 調印 a 議論の的になる を取り引きする the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs that would 強いる the Central American country to welcome migrants, at least in the short 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語.
意気込み／士気s, who was under 圧力 at home not to 調印（する） the 取引，協定, called off White House 会談 with Donald Trump 始める，決める for Monday hours before the 法廷，裁判所's 判決，裁定 late Sunday.
The 会合 in Washington was 押し進めるd 支援する 予定 to "憶測" about the 調印 of a possible 取引，協定 and to を待つ the 決定／判定勝ち（する） of the 法廷，裁判所 on 合法的な 活動／戦闘s とじ込み／提出するd over it, the Guatemalan 政府 said in a 声明.
Late Sunday, the 憲法の 法廷，裁判所 認めるd a 一時的に （裁判所の）禁止（強制）命令 to 妨げる Guatemala from becoming a "安全な third country."
The 法廷，裁判所's 判決，裁定 示すd any such 協定 should first be 認可するd by 国会議員s.
As a "安全な third country", any migrants entering its 領土 on the way to the Un ited 明言する／公表するs would be 強いるd to remain in Guatemala while they 試みる／企てる to 捜し出す 亡命.
