UN 延長するs Yemen 監視する 使節団 by six months
UN 監視するs 持つ／拘留する a 共同の 会合 with 代表者／国会議員s of the Yemeni 政府 and the Huthi 反逆者／反逆するs on a 大型船 off the coast of the Yemeni port city of Hodeida on July 14, 2019.
The UN 安全 会議 投票（する）d 全員一致で Monday to 延長する its 停戦 観察 使節団 in the Yemeni port city of Hodeida by six months, until January 15 2020.
It also called on 長官-General Antonio Guterres to （軍隊を）展開する，配備する a 十分な 次第で変わる／派遣部隊 of 観察者／傍聴者s "expeditiously" in the 使節団, which is 委任統治（領）d to have 75 staff but 現在／一般に only has 20 on the ground.
The text 可決する・採択するd on Monday 強調する／ストレスd that the UN 使節団 should "監視する the 同意／服従 of the parties to the 停戦 in Hodeida governorate and the 相互の redeployment of 軍隊s from the city of Hodeida and the ports of Hodeida, Salif and Ras Issa."
The 監視するs should work with the parties so that the 安全 of the area "is 保証するd by 地元の 安全 軍隊s in 一致 with Yemeni 法律."
It also called on all parties 伴う／関わるd in the Hodeida 協定 to support UN 成果／努力s by 確実にするing the safety of the 監視するs and affording all 職員／兵員 and 供給（する）s swift and unfettered movement.
Under the 協定 made in Stockholm at the end of 2018, all warring 派閥s were supposed to have 孤立した their 軍隊／機動隊s from the 戦略の port city in western Yemen, but that pullback has been long 延期するd 借りがあるing to ぐずぐず残る 不信 between Yemeni 政府 軍隊s and the Huthi 反逆者／反逆するs.
Last month, Huthi 反逆者／反逆するs 妨げるd at 供給するing ビザs for UN 観察者／傍聴者s 駅／配置するd off the coast on board a UN 大型船.
Tens of thousands of people have been killed in the civil war since the Saudi-led 軍の 連合 介入するd in support of the beleaguered Yemeni 政府 in March 2015, によれば the World Health Organization.
Another 3.3 million people have been 軍隊d to 逃げる their homes.
