Indian 総理大臣 Narendra Modi's strongarm move to 強化する 支配（する）／統制する on イスラム教徒-大多数 Kashmir is a 賭事 that could 誘発する／引き起こす 衝突 with Pakistan and re-点火（する） an 暴動 that has already cost tens of thousands of lives, 専門家s 警告する.

A.S. Dulat, a former 長，指導者 of the Indian 知能 service and 政府 助言者 on Kashmir, said keeping a lid on 暴力／激しさ was 批判的な if Modi was to （人命などを）奪う，主張する victory for his 劇の 力／強力にする play.
"But, my own 逮捕 is there will be repercussions and there will be an escalation of 暴力／激しさ," he told AFP.
