The July 4 seizure of the タンカー Grace 1 in the British overseas 領土 of Gibraltar with a catrgo of Iranian oil had 誘発する／引き起こすd a sharp 悪化／低下 in relations between Tehran and London and the 拘留，拘置 by Iran of a British-flagged ship
Iranian 公式の／役人s on Friday 否定するd that any 保証／確信s were given to Gibraltar to 解放（する） an Iranian タンカー now sailing on into the Mediterranean, calling it a "victory" for Tehran.
The ship's seizure, with the help of British 王室の 海洋s, had 誘発する／引き起こすd a sharp 悪化／低下 in relations between Tehran and London and what Britain saw as the tit-for-tat 拘留，拘置 by Iran of the British-flagged タンカー Stena Impero.
Gibraltar's 最高裁判所 ordered the タンカー 解放（する）d on Thursday after the British overseas 領土 said it had received written 保証／確信s from Iran that the Grace 1 would not 長，率いる to any country 支配する to European Union 許可／制裁s.
The ship had been 拘留するd on 疑惑 that its 貨物 was 運命にあるd for the Banias oil 精油所 in Syria in 違反 of an EU 出入港禁止.
But Iran 否定するd it had 供給するd any 保証／確信s to 安全な・保証する the ship's 解放（する）, 説 Gibraltar was only 捜し出すing to "save 直面する".
