Aramco's 在庫／株 debut comes at a time when 供給（する） is plentiful, oil prices are in the doldrums and 需要・要求する is in 拒絶する／低下する as renewable sources like 勝利，勝つd and solar become more mainstream
As 投資家s 重さを計る up the value of Saudi energy colossus Aramco ahead of its IPO next month, the 全世界の 運動 to 含む／封じ込める 気候 change and 病弱なing 需要・要求する for 化石 燃料s are seen as 重要な 危険s.
The world's largest 炭化水素 供給者 is 始める，決める to 発表する a price 範囲 for its 株 on Sunday, in a 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）ing dogged by years of 延期するs and 誤った starts partly 原因（となる）d by question 示すs over how much it is 価値（がある）.
Ironically, the 明言する／公表する-owned 会社／堅い must 刺激（する） 投資家s' appetite for oil 資産s even though the goal of the mammoth 初期の public 申し込む／申し出ing is to 準備する the kingdom for a 未来 when oil will be いっそう少なく important.
But the 株式市場 debut comes at a time when 供給（する） is plentiful, oil prices are in the doldrums, and 需要・要求する is in 拒絶する／低下する as renewable sources like 勝利，勝つd and solar become more mainstr eam.
Aramco's prospectus, which gives rare insights into the thinking within the 隠しだてする company, 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）s a variety of 危険s 範囲ing from テロリスト attacks to geopolitical 緊張s in a 地域 支配するd by Saudi-Iran 競争.
One striking element was a 警告 that 全世界の oil 需要・要求する may 頂点（に達する） within the next 20 years, 特記する／引用するing a 予測（する） from 産業 顧問 IHS Markit.
Aramco, which pumps almost 10 パーセント of 全世界の oil, 定評のある the 可能性のある 衝撃 of the 移行 に向かって clean energy, 含むing the 危険 of litigation as a result of 逆の 影響s from 全世界の warming.

Such 関心s "manifested in public 感情, 政府 政策s, 法律s and 規則s, international 協定s and 条約s and other 活動／戦闘s may... 推進する a 転換 to lower 炭素 intensity 化石 燃料s such as gas or 代案／選択肢 energy sources".

化石 燃料 is 非難するd for the 大多数 of harmful 温室 gases, the main 原因（となる） of 全世界の warming, and the 国際連合 and 環境の groups have stepped up 圧力 on countries and energy 会社／堅いs to take 活動／戦闘.
"絶対. I think that... the 圧力 from 気候 change has come to the fore as the most 圧力（をかける）ing factor 影響する／感情ing the valuation of Aramco," said Hossein Askari, a professor of international 商売／仕事 at George Washington University.

"There's no 疑問 that 環境の, social and governance 危険s will factor in the 計算／見積りs of 投資家s looking at the Saudi Aramco IPO," said Torbjorn Soltvedt from Verisk Maplecroft, a UK-based 戦略の 協議するing 会社／堅い.
"Banks and institutional 投資家s 直面する 増加するing scrutiny of their 大臣の地位s from 株主s, NGOs and advocacy groups," Soltvedt told AFP.
Sa udi Arabia and its 湾 partners, whose coffers 大部分は depend on returns from 化石 燃料s, have an uneven 記録，記録的な／記録する on the 移行 to green energy.
Instead, they are calling for the use of 前進するd 科学（工学）技術 to 減ずる 放出／発行s from 化石 燃料s to make the 転換 漸進的な and fair to their economies.

The spectre of 気候 change means "there would be a 割引" on the Aramco valuation as a result, he told AFP.
