It （刑事）被告 the 政府 of "大規模な 選挙（人）の 詐欺" and of using 暴力／激しさ and 脅迫 on 投票（する）ing day in a 違反 of a peace 取引，協定 between the two parties who once fought a civil war.
But the 憲法の 法廷，裁判所, in a 裁判／判断 時代遅れの November 11 but seen on its website on Friday, 拒絶するd the 使用／適用 on grounds that the party "did not 服従させる／提出する enough 証拠 to 支える it's （民事の）告訴".
Last week the European Union cast 疑問 on the 信用性 of the 与党's victory, 説 its 観察者／傍聴者s （悪事，秘密などを）発見するd a litany of "不正行為s and malpractices" and called on 当局 to 明らかにする them.
Mozambican civil s ociety and international 観察者／傍聴者s had already flagged 非常に／多数の 申し立てられた／疑わしい 試みる／企てるs to stuff 投票（する） boxes and chase away 選挙 監視するs, 同様に as hundreds of thousands of いわゆる "ghost 投票者s" on the 選挙（人）の roll.
現職の 大統領 Filipe Nyusi won a new five-year 称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 after his Frelimo party 安全な・保証するd 73 パーセント of the 投票（する）s cast.
The 選挙 提起する／ポーズをとるd a major challenge to the country's already 壊れやすい peace 協定 between Frelimo and Renamo who fought a civil war from 1975-1992 that left one million dead.
