US, 中国 調印する 'momentous' 貿易（する） 取引，協定

After nearly two years of 衝突 between the world's two 支配的な 経済大国s, the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs and 中国 調印するd a 貿易（する） 一時休戦 on Wednesday, letting 商売／仕事s around the globe breathe a sigh of 救済.

But 関税s on hundreds of billions of dollars in 輸入するs remain in place, leaving American 消費者s and 商売／仕事s to foot the 法案.
The "段階 one" 協定 含むs 誓約（する）s from 中国 to beef up 購入（する）s of American 刈るs and other 輸出（する）s, 供給するs 保護s for US 科学（工学）技術, and new 施行 機械装置s.
"Today, we take a momentous step, one that's never taken before with 中国," that will 確実にする "fair and 相互の 貿易（する）," Trump said at the White House 調印 儀式.
"Together, we are 権利ing the wrongs of the past."
As Trump ambled through a 非常に長い commentary on the 取引，協定, punctuated by introductions of many 公式の／役人s 伴う／関わるd in the 交渉s, major 網状組織s switched away from the White House to the 議会 to show the 贈呈 of articles of 告発 in the 上院 as the first step に向かって a 裁判，公判.

Trump also thanked Chinese leader Xi Jinping and said he would visit 中国 in "the 遠くない将来."
"交渉s were 堅い on us," Trump said, but they led "to this really incredible 打開."
But he said he will only 除去する 関税s "if we're able to do 段階 two."
"I'm leaving them on. さもなければ we have no cards to 交渉する with."
In a letter to Trump read by Liu, the Chinese leader said the 取引，協定 is "good for 中国, for the US and for the whole world."

"The US-中国 段階-one 取引，協定 is essentially a 貿易（する） 一時休戦, with large 明言する／公表する-directed 購入（する）s 大（公）使館員d," 経済学者 Mary Lovely said in an 分析.
But the 貿易（する） 専門家 with the Peterson 学校／設ける for International 経済的なs, 警告を与えるd that "we will continue to see the 衝撃 of this in slower 投資 and higher 商売／仕事 costs."

- What's in a 取引，協定? -
As part of the （許可，名誉などを）与える, Beijing agreed to 輸入する an 付加 $200 billion in US 製品s over two years, above the levels 購入（する）d in 2017, before Trump 開始する，打ち上げるd his 不快な／攻撃, 含むing an 付加 $32 billion in 農業の goods.
Trump has 繰り返して touted the 貿易（する） 協定／条約 as a boon for American 農業者s, who were 攻撃する，衝突する hard by the 関税 war.
Soybeans 輸出（する）s to 中国 急落（する），激減（する）d to just $3 billion from more than $12 billion in 2017 and the Trump 行政 paid out $28 billion in 援助（する） to 農業者s in the last two years.
But many 経済学者s question whether US 農業者s have the capacity to 会合，会う that 需要・要求する.
And Lovely raised a question about the 知恵 on relying so ひどく on the Chinese market.
"It also means Chinese 報復 could be 復帰させるd, 鈍らせるing 農業者s' 乗り気 to 投資する to 会合，会う the very hard 輸出（する） 的s in the 取引，協定."
The 協定 含むs 付加 保護s for 知識人 所有物／資産／財産 and 演説（する）／住所s 財政上の services and foreign 交流 while 含むing a 準備／条項 for 論争 決意／決議, which Mnuchin said will be binding for the first time.
Trump in August 正式に （刑事）被告 中国 of manipulating its 通貨 to 伸び（る） an advantage in 貿易（する） and 相殺する the 衝撃 of the 関税s.
The label, which had no real practical 衝撃, was 除去するd earlier this week.
The 取引，協定 also 回復するs a twice-年一回の 対話 過程 that previous 行政s 行為／行うd 定期的に but that Trump scrapped.
