Anxious foreigners in the locked-負かす／撃墜する city that spawned 中国's deadly viral 疫病／流行性の say they are 立ち往生させるd at home, running out of food and desperate to leave, as 政府s 緊急発進するd to draw up 避難／引き上げ 計画（する）s.
当局 have 閉めだした travel to and from Hubei 州 and its 資本／首都 Wuhan, where the coronavirus was first （悪事，秘密などを）発見するd before it spread across 中国 and to a dozen other countries -- 含むing the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs, フラン and Australia.
Several other large cities in 中国 have introduced their own travel 制限s in a 企て，努力，提案 to 含む／封じ込める the 病気, which has killed 56 people and 感染させるd nearly 2,000 others.
"In the past week we've not been able to go out and buy anything to eat," said Mashal Jamalzai, a political science student from Afghanistan at Central 中国 Normal University.
He told AFP that he and his classmates had been living on 薄焼きパン／素焼陶器s, and his 大使館 had not 答える／応じるd to requests for help.
"We want to be 避難させるd as soon as possible, because either the ウイルス, the hunger or the 恐れる will kill us," Jamalzai said.
Thousands of foreign students and other international 居住（者）s live in Wuhan, a 普通は bustling 輸送（する） 中心 in central 中国 home to a 抱擁する steel and 自動車 産業.
But with schools, hospitals and public offices shut and no 輸送（する） to and from the city, Hubei University student Siti Mawaddah says the city now "looks like a ghost town".
"The 状況／情勢 in Wuhan 権利 now is very 激しい and worrying," the 25-year-old Indonesian told AFP, 追加するing that the 状況／情勢 had taken a psychological （死傷者）数 on her and her classmates.
"If we stay in Wuhan, it's as if we're just waiting for our turn to get 感染させるd," she said.
Mawaddah said she had heard the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs 計画（する）s to 避難させる 領事の staff and some American 国民s living in the city, and hoped her own 政府 could do the same.

The US 明言する／公表する Department is sending a flight to collect its 領事の staff and carry them to San Francisco, but 警告するd that there would only be 限られた／立憲的な space for the 概算の 1,000 Americans living in Wuhan.
"If there is insufficient ability to 輸送（する） everyone who 表明するs 利益／興味, 優先 will be given to individuals at greater 危険 from coronavirus," the department said.
Diana Adama, an American teacher living in Wuhan, told CNN that she was upset at the 欠如（する） of （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） about the ウイルス.
But she said she didn't want to leave on the 借り切る／憲章d flight if it meant carrying the ウイルス 支援する home.

With 中国 ramping up travel 制限s in cities across the country -- 含むing Beijing and Shanghai -- foreign countries have told their 国民s to 避ける Wuhan.
Russia has yet to 報告（する）／憶測 its first 事例／患者 of the ウイルス but has gone a step その上の, with 観光旅行，事業 公式の／役人s on Friday asking 操作者s to stop selling 小旅行する 一括s to 中国 and 知らせる 顧客s about the dangers of the 突発／発生.
