Afghan Taliban 発表する three-day Eid 停戦

The Taliban 発表するd a three-day 停戦 during the Eid al-Fitr holiday starting Sunday in a surprise move に引き続いて months of 血まみれの fighting with Afghan 軍隊s after the group 調印するd a 目印 協定 with the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs.
大統領 Ashraf Ghani 速く welcomed the 謀反のs' 申し込む／申し出 and ordered his 軍隊s to also 従う, while the US （外交）使節／代表 to Afghanistan あられ／賞賛するd the 取引，協定 as a "momentous 適切な時期."
Taliban 広報担当者 Zabihullah Mujahid said in a 声明 地位，任命するd on social マスコミ that the group's "leadership 教えるs all the mujahideen of the Islamic 首長国 to take special 対策 for 安全 of the countrymen, and 行為／行う no 不快な／攻撃 操作／手術 against the enemy anywhere."
The 声明, which 発表するd a 停止（させる） to 敵意s "during the three days of Eid," 教えるd Taliban 闘士，戦闘機s to 差し控える from entering 政府 areas and also said that Kabul 軍隊s were not 許すd to enter 領土s under their 支配（する）／統制する.
Sin ce the US 侵略 in 2001 there has only been one other pause in the fighting -- a surprise three-day 停戦 between the Taliban and Kabul 場内取引員／株価 the 宗教的な festival of Eid in 2018.
That 停戦 call was given by Ghani, which the 謀反のs had 受託するd.

"I welcome the 停戦 告示 by the Taliban," he said on Twitter.
"As 指揮官-in-長，指導者 I have 教えるd ANDSF (Afghan 国家の Defence 安全 軍隊) to 従う with the three-day 一時休戦 and to defend only if attacked."
The 告示 comes just days after the Taliban's leader Haibatullah Akhundzada 勧めるd Washington "not to waste" the 適切な時期 申し込む／申し出d by the 取引，協定 the 交戦的なs 調印するd with the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs in February that 始める，決める the 行う／開催する／段階 for the 撤退 of foreign 軍隊／機動隊s from the country.
"The Islamic 首長国 is committed to the 協定... and 勧めるs the other 味方する to honour its own かかわり合いs and not 許す this 批判的な 適切な時期 to go to waste," Akhundzada said in a 声明, using the Taliban's 指名する for Afghanistan.
The 調印 of the 取引，協定 between the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs and Taliban was に先行するd by a いわゆる "削減 in 暴力／激しさ" but not an 公式の／役人 停戦.
US Special 代表者／国会議員 to Afghanistan Zalmay Khalilzad, who 仲買人d the 取引，協定, said on Twitter Saturday that the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs welcomed "the Taliban's 決定／判定勝ち（する） to 観察する a 停戦 during Eid, 同様に as the Afghan 政府 告示 報いるing and 発表するing its own 停戦."
He 勧めるd the Taliban to continue to がまんする by the 協定, calling the 停止（させる） in 暴力／激しさ "a momentous 適切な時期 that should not be 行方不明になるd" while 誓約（する）ing that the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs would "do its part to help."
北大西洋条約機構 長官 General Jens Stoltenberg also welcomed the 停戦, 勧めるing all parties to "掴む this 適切な時期 for peace, for the 利益 of all Afghans."
- US 押し進めるs for peace -
The US-Taliban 取引，協定 is 目的（とする）d at 覆うing the way for the 謀反のs to 持つ／拘留する direct peace 会談 with Kabul.
US 大統領 Donald Trump's 行政 has made it a 優先 to end the war in Afghanistan, and in a 企て，努力，提案 to pull out foreign 軍隊s US 公式の／役人s have been 押し進めるing the Taliban and 政府 leaders to 持つ／拘留する peace 会談.

"The Taliban have 器具／実施するd their 協定 not to attack the 連合 軍隊s," he said earlier this month.
The 発言／述べるs come after a horrific attack against a maternity hospital in Kabul that killed dozens -- 含むing mothers and 幼児s -- and a 自殺 爆破 at a funeral.
The Taliban 否定するd 関与 in the attacks, but 大統領 Ghani 非難するd them and the Islamic 明言する／公表する (IS) group for the 流血／虐殺.
