New Zealand ordered the 創造 of an 独立した・無所属 軍の 監視者 Friday after an 調査 設立する 上級の officers 繰り返して misled 政府 大臣s about a special 軍隊s （警察の）手入れ，急襲 in Afghanistan.
The 調査, co-議長，司会を務めるd by former 首相 Geoffrey Palmer, 設立する no 不品行／姦通 by エリート SAS 軍隊／機動隊s during the 2010 （警察の）手入れ，急襲, which was carried out with US 空気／公表する support.
But it criticised the 軍の for subsequently 解任するing （人命などを）奪う，主張するs that 非軍事のs were killed during the 操作／手術, even though there was 証拠 示唆するing up to five 非，不，無-combatants died, 含むing a girl 老年の 8-10.

"That sort of transparency can give the New Zealand public 信用／信任 that the 武装した 軍隊s are 適切に within the 支配（する）／統制する of 政府 and they're not a 法律 unto themselves."
Parker said New Zealand Defence 軍隊 (NZDF) 職員／兵員 failed to 訂正する 声明s that it knew were incorrect and even edited 報告（する）／憶測s coming out of Afghanistan to 除去する 言及／関連s to the 可能性 that 非軍事の 死傷者s had occurred.
