New 停戦 持つ／拘留するs across Afghanistan as Eid begins
Hundreds of Afghans went to イスラム教寺院s across Kabul to 示す the festival of Eid al-Adha, as a 停戦 between Taliban and 政府 軍隊s began
A new 停戦 appeared to be 持つ／拘留するing across Afghanistan on Friday as the Kabul 政府 解放（する）d more Taliban 謀反のs in a 企て，努力，提案 to 加速する the start of 延期するd peace 会談.
The three-day 一時休戦, 予定するd for the duration of the Eid al-Adha festival, is only the third 公式の／役人 pause in nearly 19 years of war.
While there were no 即座の 報告（する）／憶測s of major fighting, an unclaimed car 爆弾 that killed at least 17 people late Thursday 最高潮の場面d Afghanistan's underlying volatility.
Afghans took advantage of the 静める to flock to イスラム教寺院s to 申し込む／申し出 Eid 祈りs. In Kabul, 武装した guards patted 負かす／撃墜する worshippers 長，率いるing into neighbourhood イスラム教寺院s.
"We want a 永久の 停戦 from the Taliban as they are the ones who 覆うd the way for other テロリスト groups to operate in Afghanistan," Mohammad Tahir, a taxi driver, told AFP after praying.
Worshippers also 申し込む／申し出d Eid 祈りs in the eastern city of J alalabad, which has seen many deadly attacks over the years.
"以前, we were not …に出席するing Eid 祈りs in large numbers for 恐れる of 自殺 attacks," Jalalabad 居住（者） Wala Jan told AFP.

大統領 Ashraf Ghani and the Taliban have both signalled that peace 会談 could begin straight after Eid, and there are 普及した calls to 延長する the 停戦.
Many are hoping the 停戦 will lead to peace 会談 and an end to the long war
Under a 取引，協定 調印するd by the Taliban and the US in February, "intra-Afghan" 会談 were 予定するd to start in March, but were 延期するd まっただ中に political infighting in Kabul and as a contentious 囚人 交換（する） dragged on.
That 交換（する） will see Kabul 解放する／自由な 5,000 Taliban 闘士，戦闘機s, while the 謀反のs say they have already 実行するd their 誓約（する） to 解放（する） 1,000 政府 軍隊s.
In an Eid speech, Ghani said a final 500 囚人s will be 解放（する）d during the festival in a 企て，努力，提案 to "加速する the peace 会談".
Late Friday, 公式の／役人s began 解放（する）ing the inmates, 含むing from Pul e-Charkhi 刑務所，拘置所 近づく Kabul.
"There were some 問題／発行するs in our country and that is why we joined the Taliban," said one inmate, Nasir, as 当局 用意が出来ている to 解放（する） him.
"After my 解放（する） I will not 再結合させる the Taliban. I joined once and made a mistake," he told AFP.
Another 囚人, Khodaidad, 25, hoped peace 会談 would 後継する.
"I'm happy about the peace 会談 ... We want peace, so our people can enjoy 平和的な lives," he said as 公式の／役人s 過程d his 解放（する） 文書s.
While Kabul says the 解放（する） of the 500 Taliban inmates will fulfil its part of the 囚人 交流, the 謀反のs have said some of those 囚人s are not on the 初めの 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） of 5,000 they 需要・要求するd.
Ghani said he did "not have the 権利" to take a 決定／判定勝ち（する） on the 解放（する） of those who are （刑事）被告 of "serious 罪，犯罪s" -- 含むing 性の 暴力／激しさ, 強盗 and 石／投石するing women to death -- 追加するing that a 集会 of Afghan 年上のs would decide their 運命／宿命.

Since 調印 the US 取引，協定 in February, the Taliban have 大部分は 差し控えるd from attacking cities and have not 攻撃する，衝突する US 軍隊／機動隊s.
But they have 行為／行うd 近づく-daily attacks on Afghan 軍隊s and 非軍事のs.

Many Afghans are leery about what comes next.
After two previous 一時休戦s -- in 2018 and May this year -- the Taliban すぐに returned to the 戦場.
"The Taliban can't be 信用d because they 発表する 停戦 for Eid and after Eid they step up attacks," said Anwaruddin, 40, a 居住（者） from the southern 州 of Kandahar.
"If the Taliban were serious, they should have entered 会談 with Afghan 政府 months ago."
Thursday's car 爆弾 爆発するd as （人が）群がるs shopped ahead of Eid in the city of Puli Alam in Logar 州.
The Taliban said they had "nothing to do" with the 爆破.
