Did Trump 公表する／暴露する secret US 核の 武器 in interview?

Trump appeared to 公表する／暴露する 最高の，を越す-secret 弁護 （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） in one of 17 on-the-記録，記録的な／記録する interviews he gave for Woodward's just-解放（する）d 調書をとる／予約する "激怒（する）," about the US leader.
Trump says his 政府 has built a 武器 system that no one else, not even the leaders of Russia and 中国, knows about, and seems to say it is "核の".
Such a 発覚, if true, could shake up 広大な／多数の／重要な 力／強力にする politics and inflame the 武器 race.
But the 54-word 音声部の interview clip from December 5, 2019 that Woodward 解放（する）d with the 調書をとる／予約する obfuscates as much as it exposes, おもに because when 説 "核の" Trump breaks off 中央の-word, as if he is 訂正するing himself, and then changes to "a 武器s system."
"But I have built a nucle-, a weap-, I have built a 武器s system, 武器s system, that nobody's ever had in this country before," Trump said.
"We have stuff that you 港／避難所't even seen or heard about. We have stuff that Putin and Xi have never heard about before. There's nobody. What we have is incredible."
Woodward said he had 確認するd 分かれて with sources that the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs indeed has a new secret 武器, but did not say whether it was 核の or not.
But 武器 専門家s say they are not sure what Trump was talking about, or whether it was one of the hollow 誇るs he is known for.
Hans Kristensen, director of the 核の （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） 事業／計画（する） at the 連合 of American Scientists, says it could be a low-産する／生じる 核の 弾頭, the W76-2, that was （軍隊を）展開する，配備するd for the first time on a 核の 潜水艦 in January, a month after Trump について言及するd it to Woodward.
Cheryl Rofer, another 核の scientist, says it could 言及する to an all-new 弾頭 just under 開発, the W93, first 明らかにする／漏らすd by the 米国防総省 earlier this year.
Others think Trump did not mean 核の at all. The 誇る （機の）カム in the same period that Russia and 中国 had appeared to take a lead in the 開発 of hypersonic glide 乗り物s, ミサイルs 現在／一般に almost impossible to defend against.
Three weeks after Trump gave the interview, Russia 発表するd its first Avangard hypersonics had been put into service.

But others aren't sure Trump wasn't making it all up.
"It's always risky to parse only a few words from Trump," said Rofer.
"He misunderstands so much and lies so much. 'Nobody's ever had' is one of his trademark brags."
Asked about Trump's comment, the 米国防総省 demurred.
"I'll hav e to 言及する you to the White House to 明らかにする what the 大統領 meant in his 発言／述べるs," said a spokesperson, Lt. Col. Robert Carver.
