Afghan 大統領 Ashraf Ghani said Sunday that 関係 between Kabul and Washington are 推定する／予想するd to 深くする in areas of 反対する-テロ行為 and building peace as he congratulated Joe Biden on his 選挙 victory.
"Afghanistan looks 今後 to continuing/深くするing our multilayered 戦略の 共同 w/ the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs -- our foundational partner -- 含むing in counterterrorism & bringing peace to Afghanistan," Ghani wrote on Twitter.
Biden's victory was also welcomed by ordinary 国民s, who thought he might slow what some see as a too-迅速な 撤退 of US 軍隊／機動隊s.
US 大統領 Donald Trump's 行政 調印するd a を取り引きする the Taliban on February 29 that agreed to 身を引く all American 軍隊s from Afghanistan by May 2021.
"Biden will also finish the war, but he wants to bring the war to a responsible end, not 急ぐing like Trump," said Mohammad Dawood, a 衣料品 販売人 in Kabul.
"He will slow 負かす／撃墜する the 撤退 from Afghanistan and will keep some 軍隊／機動隊s here, which is good news."
The 撤退 of 軍隊／機動隊s has bee n a cornerstone of Trump's 計画（する）s to end America's longest war.
His 行政 agreed to fully 解放する／撤去させる in 交流 for a かかわり合い from the Taliban to stop trans-国家の jihadist groups such as Al-Qaeda and Islamic 明言する／公表する from operating in Afghanistan.
The US 軍の has already shut several bases across the country and pulled out thousands of 軍隊／機動隊s as agreed.
Timor Sharan, a lecturer at the American University in Afghanistan, said on Twitter that the 後継の Biden 行政 will have a "more tolerant" approach to peace 会談, as Washington's を取り引きする the Taliban was "terrible" and gave no てこ入れ／借入資本 to the 政府.

"Joe Biden's 選挙 as 大統領，／社長 is good news for Afghanistan," said Ahmad Jawed, a university student in Kabul.
"I think he will not repeat mistakes committed by Trump. I think Biden will even 再考する the US-Taliban 取引，協定 and then somehow keep some 軍隊／機動隊s in Afghanistan."
