Afghan 大統領 Ashraf Ghani said Sunday that 関係 between Kabul and Washington are 推定する/予想するd to 深くする in areas of 反対する-テロ行為 and building peace as he congratulated Joe Biden on his 選挙 victory.

Biden's victory was also welcomed by ordinary 国民s, who thought he might slow what some see as a too-迅速な 撤退 of US 軍隊/機動隊s.

US 大統領 Donald Trump's 行政 調印するd a を取り引きする the Taliban on February 29 that agreed to 身を引く all American 軍隊s from Afghanistan by May 2021.

"Biden will also finish the war, but he wants to bring the war to a responsible end, not 急ぐing like Trump," said Mohammad Dawood, a 衣料品 販売人 in Kabul.
