George Bush toasts Biden, 勧めるs Americans to 'come together'

His brother Jeb Bush -- the former Florida 知事 who had himself aspired to the 大統領/総裁などの地位 until Trump grabbed the party's 指名/任命 in 2016 -- earlier sent Biden his own congrats.
