Rwandan ex-leader's 未亡人 asks フラン to の近くに 事例／患者 against her

The 未亡人 of former Rwandan 大統領 Juvenal Habyarimana has 控訴，上告d against a French 裁判官's 決定／判定勝ち（する） to keep 調査／捜査するing （人命などを）奪う，主張するs she was 伴う／関わるd in the country's 1994 集団殺戮, her lawyer said on Monday.
Agathe Habyarimana is 手配中の，お尋ね者 in Rwanda on 集団殺戮 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s but in フラン she has the status of "補助装置d 証言，証人／目撃する" -- someone 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑うd of a 罪，犯罪 but not 公式に 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d.
In September, she asked for a Paris 調査／捜査するing 治安判事 to の近くに the 13-year 調査 into her 申し立てられた／疑わしい 役割 in the 殺人，大当りs, arguing that there had been an 不当な 延期する in the 訴訟／進行s.
On November 4, her request was 辞退するd on the 推薦 of French 検察官，検事s 調査／捜査するing her 申し立てられた／疑わしい 罪，犯罪s in Rwanda.
Her lawyer, Philippe Meilhac, said they were 控訴，上告ing against that 決定／判定勝ち（する）.
"All these years of work by the French 法廷，裁判所s have produced nothing," he said. Given the 真面目さ of the 罪，犯罪s 申し立てられた／疑わしい, the 調査 cannot be 許すd to go on forever.
The 告訴，告発s laid against her meant she was unable to get settled status in フラン, he 追加するd.
Habyarimana, 78, has been living since 1 998 in フラン, which has 辞退するd to （国外逃亡犯を）引き渡す her to Rwanda but has also 否定するd her 亡命 on the basis of 疑惑s against her.
She fled to Europe three days after her husband's 暗殺, and is 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑うd of having been a part of the Hutu inner circle of 力／強力にする that planned and orchestrated the 集団殺戮.
