Philippines 告発する／非難するs 中国 of 計画（する）s to 占領する more South 中国 Sea 'features'

The Philippines defence 大臣 on Sunday （刑事）被告 Beijing of planning to 占領する more "features" in the 論争d South 中国 Sea, in an 増大するing war of words over Chinese 大型船s in the waters.

Taiwan, Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia and Brunei all have 競争相手 （人命などを）奪う，主張するs to the waters, which 会社にする／組み込む strategically 決定的な shipping 小道／航路s and could harbour oil and gas deposits.
A (n)艦隊／(a)素早い of more than 200 Chinese ships that 誘発するd a 外交の 列／漕ぐ／騒動 last month after parking at Whitsun 暗礁 off the Philippines is now scattered across the contested Spratly Islands.
Manila has called on Beijing to 身を引く the "海上の 民兵" 大型船s from the area, 説 their presence is unlawful.

But Defence 長官 Delfin Lorenzana sai d the 大型船s were there for other 推論する／理由s.
"The continued presence of Chinese 海上の 民兵s in the area 明らかにする／漏らすs their 意図 to その上の 占領する features in the West Philippine Sea," he said.
Lorenzana pointed to 中国's seizure of the Philippine-（人命などを）奪う，主張するd Scarborough Shoal and Mischief 暗礁 as previous examples of them "brazenly 侵害する／違反するing" his country's 主権，独立.
On Saturday, the outspoken Lorenzana 拒絶するd 中国's （人命などを）奪う，主張するs that the boats parked at Whitsun 暗礁 -- and where dozens remained last week -- had been 捜し出すing 避難所 from bad 天候.
"I am no fool. The 天候 has been good so far, so they have no other 推論する／理由 to stay there," he said.
"Get out of there."
The Chinese 大使館 in Manila called Lorenzana's 声明 "perplexing" and 勧めるd 当局 to 避ける "unprofessional 発言／述べるs which may その上の fan irrational emotions".
Beijing often invokes the いわゆる nine-dash line to 正当化する its 明らかな historic 権利s over most of the South 中国 Sea, and it has ignored a 2016 international 法廷 決定／判定勝ち（する） that 宣言するd this 主張 as without basis.
