22 die in eastern DR Congo 暴力／激しさ

At least 14 非軍事のs have been killed in fresh 暴力／激しさ in northeast Democratic 共和国 of Congo and eight others 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑うd of 共同製作 with a 悪名高い 武装した group have been lynched, sources said on Monday.
The Kivu 安全 Tracker (KST), an NGO which 監視するs 暴力／激しさ in eastern DRC Congo, said at least 14 people were killed last Friday in three 場所s in Djugu 領土, Ituri 州, by 加害者s from a group called CODECO-URDPC.
願望（する） Malodra, a 地元の civil society leader, said 15 people in the Djugu area died on Friday and Saturday in 衝突／不一致s between the DRC army and CODECO militiamen.
CODECO -- for 協同組合 for the 開発 of the Congo -- is an 武装した political-宗教的な sect that （人命などを）奪う，主張するs to defend the Lendu 民族の group.
It is one of more 120 武装した groups that roam eastern DRC, many of them a 遺産／遺物 of 血まみれの wars more than a ４半期/4分の1 of a century ago.
The Lendu, おもに 農業者s, have been in historic 衝突 with the Hema community who are predominantly herders.
Tens of thousands of people on both 味方するs died in a savage war between 1999 and 2003.
暴力／激しさ returned in December 2017. CODECO has since been linked to more than 1,000 deaths.
Democratic 共和国 of Congo
A little その上の south, in Irumu 領土, the army said eight 非軍事のs were "公然と lynched" on Thursday in Komanda, a town 75 kilometres (45 miles) south of the Ituri 資本／首都 Bunia.
"We 非難する (this) 暴徒 司法（官）," 中尉／大尉／警部補 Jules Ngongo, the army 広報担当者 in Ituri, told AFP.
The eight were from the Banyabwisha community, an 民族の group of Congolese Hutus with Rwandan roots.
In 早期に June, the 政府 （刑事）被告 members of the Banyabwisha community of "complicity" with the 連合した Democratic 軍隊s (ADF), a 悪名高い Islamist 武装した group, に引き続いて the 大虐殺 of some 50 非軍事のs in Irumu 領土.
The army 勧めるd the 全住民 not to "take 司法（官） into their own 手渡すs" but instead to 知らせる on 共犯者s of 武装した groups so that the 安全 軍隊s could を取り引きする them.
Gold-rich Ituri and 隣人ing North Kivu 州 have been placed under a "明言する／公表する of 包囲" by 大統領 Felix Tshisekedi, who has 公約するd to clamp 負かす／撃墜する on the 暴力／激しさ.
