- Fighting spreads -
The 2019 Nobel Peace laureate 宣言するd victory in late November after 政府 軍隊s took the Tigray 資本／首都 Mekele, but TPLF leaders remained on the run and fighting continued.

A 上級の UN 公式の／役人 told the UN 安全 会議 this month that the Tigray 衝突 had 押し進めるd 400,000 people into 飢饉 and that another 1.8 million people are on the brink of 飢饉.
