Mata'afa takes office as Samoa's first 女性(の) PM

Fiame Naomi Mata'afa entered 議会 as Samoa's first 女性(の) 首相 Tuesday, ending a bitter 行き詰まり that left the 太平洋の island without an 効果的な 政府 for 109 days after her 選挙 victory.
