Death （死傷者）数 in サイクロン Shaheen now 13 as 嵐／襲撃する churns in Oman

A サイクロン is the same as a ハリケーン or a 台風; their 指名するs only change because of their 場所. ハリケーンs are spawned east of the international date line. 台風s develop west of the line. They are known as サイクロンs in the Indian Ocean and Australia.
