Hollywood´s behind-the-scenes 乗組員s 投票（する） to 権限を与える strike
Film and television 生産／産物 in North America is in jeopardy of coming to a 行き詰まり after its behind-the-scenes 労働者s 圧倒的に 投票（する）d to 権限を与える a strike for the first time in its 128-year history.
The International 同盟 of Theatrical 行う／開催する／段階 従業員s said Monday that nearly 99% of 登録（する）d members who 参加するd, or 52,706 people, 投票（する）d in support of a strike over the 週末.
At 問題／発行する is a 契約 行き詰まり over requests for more reasonable 条件s for the craftspeople, 専門家技術者s and 労働者s working for streaming companies like Netflix, Apple and アマゾン, 含むing better 支払う／賃金, reasonable 残り／休憩（する） periods, safer hours and 保証（人）d meal breaks.
"I hope that the studios will see and understand the 解決する of our members," the 同盟´s 大統領，／社長, Matthew Loeb, said in a 声明. "The ball is in their 法廷，裁判所. If they want to 避ける a strike, they will return to the 取引ing （米）棚上げする／（英）提議する and make us a reasonable 申し込む／申し出."

While unions like the Writers Guild of America have more frequently 設立する themselves on the brink of a strike, and in 2007-08 did indeed go on strike for 100 days, Hollywood 乗組員s and the International 同盟 of Theatrical 行う／開催する／段階 従業員s do not have a 重要な strike history. The only other previous 論争 was when 始める，決める decorators walked out for six months in 1945, resulting in a 暴動 at the Warner Bros. studio gates that became known as "血まみれの Friday."
