Players-only 会合 helped Colts put season 支援する on 跡をつける
INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Colts 防御の end Kemoko Turay was flustered and flummoxed after three straight losses.
So last week, Turay 示唆するd to 2020 All-プロの／賛成の 防御の 取り組む DeForest Buckner that he call a players-only 会合.
Buckner, two-time All-プロの／賛成の linebacker Darius Leonard and 防御の end Al-Quadin Muhammad sent a message to their チーム仲間s: Do your 職業, stay 焦点（を合わせる）d and sacrifice a little more. That approach led to more more physical practices and a 潜在的に season-changing victory at Miami.
"It bothered me," Turay said. "Watching Buck the first two weeks, 存在 out there just 圧力ing the quarterback, we couldn´t just leave him hanging and stuff like that. So it bothered me last week, and we needed that talk."
The last time Turay remembered having "that talk" （機の）カム in 2018 when the Colts were 1-5 in coach Frank Reich's first season. They 答える／応じるd by winning nine of their final 10 games to make the プレーオフs.
Whether Indy can replicate that turnaround remains to be seen.

This was the way Indianapolis 想像するd playing.
"You´ve got to make sure you understand what is the problem, understand what it is and understand that you´ve got to take care of it," Leonard said. "You´ve got to be the professional there. You don´t want people to keep talking trash about you, so you´ve got to find a way to sharpen up."
They did it once.
Now the Colts want to use that same 決まり文句／製法 as the 詳細な計画 for another midseason turnaround.
"At the end of the day, the goal is to 勝利，勝つ," tight end Mo Alie-Cox said. "We were losing, so guys are going to listen with open ears. We´re all professionals. We know what we need to do."
WHAT´S WORKING

Alie-Cox. The former college basketball 星／主役にする caught three passes for 42 yards and two TDs. He （機の）カム up big, too, when Indy needed him most by 格闘するing the ball away from a defender to give Indy a 17-point lead.
STOCK DOWN
Jack Doyle. Though he 運ぶ／漁獲高d in a 24-yard 歓迎会 Sunday, a 支援する 傷害 減ずるd the workload for Indy's most reliable tight end. His 業績／成果 should 改善する as he gets healthier.
INJURIES
