WARSAW, Poland (AP) - A ポーランドの（人）上院（売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 opened an 調査 into the use of powerful spyware against 政府 critics by 審理，公聴会証言 Monday from cybersecurity 専門家s, who compared 的ing of 対立人物／姿／数字s under the 右翼政府 to methods used by the Kremlin against critics in Russia.

John Scott-Railton and 法案 Marczak, 上級の研究員s with the 国民 Lab, a 研究 group based at the University of Toronto, told the seven-member 委員会 they were able to 確認する that data was stolen from the phone of a ポーランドの（人）上院議員, Krzysztof Brejza. In Brejza's 事例／患者, his phone was 切り開く／タクシー／不正アクセスd 多重の times in 2019, mostly when he was running the 対立´s 議会の選挙運動. Messages from his phone were doctored and used in a smear （選挙などの）運動をする against him in the heat of the race, which the 判決，裁定右翼法律 and 司法（官） party 辛うじて won.

ポーランドの（人）マスコミ have identified the 操作者 as Poland's Central Anti-汚職 Bureau, a special service created to 戦闘汚職 in public life that is under the 支配（する）／統制する of the 与党.

In the wake of 発覚s about the 秘かに調査するing, the families of Brejza and Roman Giertych, the lawyer who was 切り開く／タクシー／不正アクセスd, have 直面するd その上の圧力. In reaction, the 上院, where the 対立 has a small 大多数, 認可するd forming a 委員会 to 調査／捜査する証拠 that the three 政府 critics were 切り開く／タクシー／不正アクセスd with the spyware. Sen. Marcin Bosacki, the 委員会's chairman, said the step was needed "予定 to the deepest 関心 for our 僕主主義 and the 未来 of the ポーランドの（人）明言する／公表する."

Bosacki said one of the 調査（する）'s 目的（とする）s will be to 決定する whether the 切り開く／タクシー／不正アクセスing of Brejza´s phone altered the 結果 of the 2019 選挙, arguing that a 明言する／公表する in which secret services have an 影響（力） on the 選挙過程中止するs to be a 僕主主義.

Still, only the Sejm can 開始する，打ち上げる an 調査 with 十分な investigative 力／強力にするs, 含むing calling 証言，証人／目撃するs. The 上院 can 招待する証言，証人／目撃するs but not 要求する them to appear. 法律 and 司法（官）上院議員s 投票（する）d against 設立するing the 上院委員会 and 辞退するd to 受託する seats on it.

Bosacki 結論するd Monday's two-hour 尋問 of the two 証言，証人／目撃するs by 説 it was a good beginning in their 試みる／企てる to 明らかにする the "積極的な" use of Pegasus 科学（工学）技術 against a 上院議員 and two others.
