MLB 会談 再開する Sunday; Scherzer 好意s プレーオフ 'ghost 勝利，勝つ'
NEW YORK (AP) - Max Scherzer 好意s a 過激な reworking of the プレーオフs, one that would have the higher seed in the first 一連の会議、交渉／完成する of an 拡大するd postseason start a best-of-five series with a 1-0 lead.
Major League Baseball and locked-out players, who 再開する 会談 Sunday, both would 拡大する the postseason from 10 teams - that's been the field since 2012, other than the 16 teams in the pandemic-縮めるd 2020 season.
The union prefers 12 and the parties appear 長，率いるd toward that number, but Scherzer said players would consider 14 if clubs would agree to the "ghost 勝利，勝つ" 判型.
Under MLB´s 14-team 計画（する）, the 分割 勝利者 with the best 正規の／正選手-season 記録，記録的な／記録する in each league would get a bye and 前進する 直接／まっすぐに to the 分割 Series. The two other 分割 勝利者s would choose their 対抗者s and be at home for an entire best-of-three 一連の会議、交渉／完成する.

The 最高の，を越す wild card would 直面する whichever team is left over after the 分割 勝利者s make their choices and also play all games at home.
選択s would be made on a テレビ放送するd show.

"We felt like 競争 could be eroded in that シナリオ, and we had 明確な／細部 examples of different players who spoke up that 最高潮の場面d that 特に," Scherzer said after Tuesday´s 決裂／故障 in labor 会談.

Scherzer argued for the 計画（する） during a Monday 会合 with Colorado CEO 刑事 Monfort, and MLB told the union it is not 利益／興味d. MLB does not think the "ghost game" is the preference of 放送者s and thinks the 概念 would not be 井戸／弁護士席-received by fans.

Without the "ghost 勝利，勝つ" 判型, Scher zer said "a 12-team 判型 made more sense to us."
投手 Andrew Miller, like Scherzer a member of the union´s eight-man (n)役員／(a)執行力のある 委員会, said Scherzer´s thoughts on the postseason carry 負わせる within the union.
