New Zealand Rugby to 調印する 商業の を取り引きする Silver Lake
WELLINGTON, New Zealand (AP) - New Zealand Rugby has been given 是認 to 調印する a ground-breaking を取り引きする California-based 私的な 公正，普通株主権 会社／堅い Silver Lake which will bring a cash windfall but which some 観察者／傍聴者s 恐れる may 脅す the "special 社債" between New Zealanders and their 国家の team, the All 黒人／ボイコットs.

Silver Lake will 支払う／賃金 around 200 million New Zealand dollars ($130 million) for a 株 of between 5-8% in NZR´s 未来 商業の 歳入s, which it 誓約（する）s to use its 専門的知識 to 増加する.

Almost NZ$37 million ($24 million) will be 分配するd almost as soon as the 取引，協定 is 調印するd; NZ$1 million to each of New Zealand´s 最高の，を越す-level 州s, NZ$500,000 to lower-tier 州s, NZ$2 million to Maori rugby, NZ$7.5 million to clubs and NZ$5 million to the players 協会.
NZR will also 捜し出す between NZ$62.5-100 million ($40-65 million) from New Zealand institutional 投資家s, and Silver Lake will have the 選択 of 増加するing its 投資 if that isn't raised.
The Silver Lake 取引，協定 will see the 設立 of a new （独立の）存在 known as CommLP which will 持つ／拘留する all of NZR´s 商業の 資産s and in which Silver Lake will have a 少数，小数派 shareholding. That would give the U.S. 会社／堅い between 5.7-8.6% of 歳入s from broadcasting 権利s, ticket sales, 商品／売買するing and other 商業の activities.
