Nightclub needle attacks puzzle European 当局
PARIS (AP) - Across フラン, more than 300 people have 報告（する）／憶測d 存在 pricked out of the blue with needles at nightclubs or concerts in 最近の months. Doctors and 多重の 検察官，検事s are on the 事例／患者, but no one knows who´s doing it or why, and whether the 犠牲者s have been 注入するd with 麻薬s - or indeed any 実体 at all.
Club owners and police are trying to raise 認識／意識性, and a rapper even interrupted his 最近の show to 警告する concert-goers about the 危険 of surprise needle attacks.
It's not just フラン: Britain´s 政府 is 熟考する／考慮するing a 洪水／多発 of "needle spiking" there, and police in Belgium and the Netherlands are 調査／捜査するing scattered 事例／患者s too.
On May 4, 18-year-old Tomas Laux …に出席するd a 非難する concert in Lille in northern フラン, where he smoked a bit of マリファナ and drank some alcohol during the show. When he （機の）カム home, he told The Associated 圧力（をかける）, he was feeling dizzy and had a 頭痛 - and he spotted a strange little 肌 穴をあける on his arm and a bruise.
The next morning, the symptoms didn´t disappear and Laux went to his doctor, who advised him to go to the 緊急 room. Medics 確認するd 証拠 of a needle prick, and Laux was 実験（する）d for HIV and 肝炎. His results （機の）カム out 消極的な, like other 犠牲者s' so far.
"I've given up going to concerts since it happened," Laux said.

Hundreds of キロメーターs (miles) away, Leanne Desnos recounted a 類似の experience after going to a club in the 南西 city of Bordeaux in April. Desnos, also 18, passed out the next day, and felt dizzy and had hot flashes while at a 急速な／放蕩な food restaurant. When she got home, she realized she had an 注射 示す on her arm. After having seen 証言 on social マスコミ about the mystery pricks, she went to a clinic to get 実験（する）d for 感染s. She is still を待つing results.
People from Paris, Toulouse, Nantes, Nancy, Rennes, and other cities around フラン have 報告（する）／憶測d 存在 pricked with a needle without their knowledge or 許可. The 的d individuals, who are mo stly women, show 明白な 示すs of 注射, often bruises, and 報告（する）／憶測 symptoms like feeling groggy.
フラン´s 国家の police 機関 says 302 people have とじ込み／提出するd formal （民事の）告訴s about such needle pricks. Several police 調査s are 現在進行中の in different 地域s, but no 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑う has been 逮捕（する）d yet, no needle has been 設立する and the 動機 remains 不明瞭な.
No 犠牲者s have 報告（する）／憶測d 性の 強襲，強姦; one said he was robbed, in Grenoble in April, によれば Le Monde newspaper.
Two people 実験（する）d 肯定的な for GHB, and they might have ingested the 麻薬 in a drink, によれば an 公式の／役人 with the 国家の police 機関. GHB, a powerful anesthetic used by predators 捜し出すing to sexually 乱用 or 強襲，強姦 犠牲者s, can be （悪事，秘密などを）発見するd in the urine only for 12 hours, the police 公式の／役人 said.

"We didn´t find any 麻薬s or 実体s or 客観的な proof which attest to ... 行政 of a 実体 with wrongful or 犯罪の 意図. What we 恐れる the most is people 契約ing HIV, 肝炎 or any 感染性の 病気" from the jabs, said Dr. Emmanuel Puskarczyk, 長，率いる of the 毒（薬） 支配（する）／統制する 中心 of the eastern French city of Nancy.
In the Nancy hospital, a special 手続き has been created to optimize care of 犠牲者s. 患者s who show symptoms like grogginess are 扱う／治療するd, and 血 and urine 見本s are kept for five days in 事例／患者 any want to 圧力（をかける） 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s.
"Each 事例／患者 is different. We see 注射 示すs, but some people don´t have symptoms. When 可能性のある 犠牲者s have symptoms like 不快 or 黒人／ボイコット 穴を開けるs (in their memory), they are not 明確な／細部," Puskarczyk said.
The police 公式の／役人, who was not 権限を与えるd to be 公然と 指名するd によれば 国家の police 政策, said: "At this 行う／開催する／段階, we can´t talk abo ut a 明確な／細部 modus operandi. There aren´t any similarities between the 事例／患者s. In the U.K., 議会 問題／発行するd a 報告（する）／憶測 in April on drink and needle spiking in pubs and nightclubs after a sudden 殺到する in such 出来事/事件s last year. It said police 報告（する）／憶測d about 1,000 事例／患者s of needle 注射 across the country around October 2021, when droves of students returned to campuses after coronavirus 制限s 緩和するd.
However, the 議会 報告（する）／憶測 said there was a 欠如（する） of data to 裁判官 how serious the 問題／発行する is. It´s not （疑いを）晴らす whether anyone has been 起訴するd for needle spiking, or how many 犠牲者s were 注入するd with a 麻薬 or other 実体.
"No-one knows how 流布している spiking is, whether by drink, 麻薬 or needle, and no-one knows what 原因（となる）s 悪党／犯人s to do it. Anecdotal 証拠 示唆するs the practice is 普及した and dangerous," it said.
A 一連の 類似の 出来事/事件s 伴う／関わるing people pricked with needles at nightclubs, a サッカー game and during the ベルギー Pride parade have been 報告（する）／憶測d in 隣接地の Belgium. Last month, the Brussels 検察官，検事´s office opened two 調査s に引き続いて （民事の）告訴s from women who said they were jabbed during the pride parade in downtown Brussels. 組織者s of the march said in a 声明 they were 知らせるd of several 事例／患者s and 勧めるd 可能性のある 犠牲者s to get checked at hospitals.
支援する in フラン, as 調査s continue with no 悪党／犯人s 設立する, rapper Dinos interrupted his concert in Strasbourg this week to 警告する his fans about the 危険s, and 主張するd: "This has to stop."
