GENEVA (AP) - Dozens of mostly Western countries 非難するd North Korean "無謀な 活動／戦闘s" in its 武器s programs as its 政府 on Thursday took over the 回転／交替ing 大統領／総裁などの地位 of the U.N.-支援するd 会議／協議会 on 軍備縮小.
After North Korea´s 外交官／大使 opened a new 開会／開廷／会期 of the 65-nation 団体／死体, Australian 外交官／大使 Amanda Gorely read a 共同の 声明 by 48 countries 加える the European Union that 表明するd 関心s about North Korea´s 核の 武器s and 弾道学の ミサイル 能力s and activities, 含むing 報告（する）／憶測s that it may be 準備するing to 行為／行う a seventh 核の 実験（する）.
She said members of the 会議／協議会 who joined the 声明 have decided not to ボイコット（する） North Korea´s 大統領／総裁などの地位, but remain "厳粛に 関心d" about its "無謀な 活動／戦闘s which continue to 本気で 土台を崩す the very value" of the 団体／死体. She said the countries' 参加 should not be seen as giving any "tacit 同意" to North Korea´s 活動／戦闘s or its "違反 of 非常に／多数の 国際連合 安全 会議 決意／決議s."
フラン´s （外交）使節／代表, speaking on に代わって of the European Union, said its members will downgrade the level of their 代表 at the 会議／協議会 during North Korea´s nearly six-week 大統領／総裁などの地位 through July 1. Countries such as 中国, Nigeria, Pakistan and Russia 発言する／表明するd support for North Korea´s 大統領／総裁などの地位.
All member 明言する／公表するs get a turn at the 大統領／総裁などの地位. In the past, Western countries have at times 妨げるd over the 即位 of some countries, such as when Syria had a turn several years ago. He said the comments from Western countries were "nothing new" and no more than "copy-paste" of previous 批評s they have 発言する／表明するd about North Korea's 行為. He 主張するd that his country has a 権利 to defend itself and said it is still technically at war with the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs because only a 停戦, not a peace 条約, 停止（させる）d fighting in the 1950-53 Korean War.
