EU 長，指導者: Poland's 活動／戦闘s will decide when it gets 基金s
WARSAW, Poland (AP) - The European （売買）手数料，委託（する）／委員会／権限 長，指導者 said Thursday that Poland's 右翼 政府 is 責任がある fully 器具／実施するing the steps on 司法の independence that will make the disbursement of billions of euros in EU pandemic 回復 認めるs and 貸付金s for the country possible.

The EU has frozen the 基金s 予定 to the ポーランドの（人） 政府's political 支配（する）／統制する of the 司法の. The disciplinary 政権 for 裁判官s, which the ポーランドの（人） 政府 has used to punish critics, must be changed and given new 支配するs, while 許可／制裁s 適用するd to 裁判官s must be reviewed and 解除するd if みなすd 不正な.
"First 支払い（額） will only be possible when the new 法律 is in 軍隊" and all other 条件s are met, 出身の der Leyen said.
"We are not at the end of the road for the rul e of 法律 in Poland," she 追加するd.
Poland's 国会議員s are still working on changing 最高裁判所 規則s to 廃止する the 議論の的になる Disciplinary 議会, but will 取って代わる it with another 団体／死体 of professional accountability. Only one of the dozens of 一時停止するd 裁判官s has been 復帰させるd, but to a different section in his 法廷，裁判所, and has been ordered to go on leave.
