Poor nations to 需要・要求する 気候 司法（官）, 財政／金融 at UN 首脳会議

"We have 延期するd 気候 活動／戦闘 for too long," Sarr said, pointing to the 約束d $100 billion a year in 気候 援助（する） for poorer countries that was 誓約（する）d over a １０年間 ago.
"We can no longer afford to have a COP that is `all talk.´ The 気候 危機 has 押し進めるd our adaptation 限界s, resulted in 必然的な loss and 損失, and 延期するd our much-needed 開発," 追加するd Sarr.
