UN 勧めるs Libya 競争相手s to agree in road 地図／計画する to 選挙s soon
UNITED NATIONS (AP) - The 安全 会議 投票（する）d 全員一致で Friday to 延長する the U.N. political 使節団 in Libya for a year and 勧めるd 重要な 会・原則s and parties in the divided north African country to agree on a road 地図／計画する to 配達する 大統領の and 議会の 選挙s as soon as possible.
The 決意／決議 可決する・採択するd by the U.N.'s most powerful 団体／死体 勧めるd "対話, 妥協 and 建設的な 約束／交戦" 目的（とする）d at forming "a 統一するd Libyan 政府 able to 治める／統治する across the country and 代表するing the whole people of Libya."
Libya 急落（する），激減（する）d into 大混乱 after a 北大西洋条約機構-支援するd 反乱 倒れるd and killed longtime 独裁者 Moammar Gadhafi in 2011. The oil-rich nation has been 分裂（する） between 競争相手 行政s in the east and west, each 支援するd by rogue 民兵s and foreign 政府s.
The country´s 現在の political 危機 茎・取り除くs from the 失敗 to 持つ／拘留する 選挙s in December 2021 and the 拒絶 of 総理大臣 Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, who led a 過度期の 政府 in the 資本／首都, Tripoli, in the country´s west, to step 負かす／撃墜する. Gabon´s U.N. 外交官／大使, Michel Xavier Biang, the 現在の 会議 大統領，／社長, said the three African nations on the 会議 - Gabon, Kenya and Ghana - "have the sense of having 与える／捧げるd to an important milestone に向かって the stabi lization of a major African 明言する／公表する."
"Through this 投票（する）, we are sending a message to the Libyan people and that message is （疑いを）晴らす that the U.N. is standing by their 味方する," Biang said. "This is also a message to the Libyan 当局 and all political stakeholders who have an 適切な時期 to create a 勢い that would lead to 回復するing hope in Libya."
