Wayne 郡 検察官，検事 マイク Shipman made the request Friday in the 事例／患者 of Phillip Matthew 物陰／風下, 47, of Richmond, who's now 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with 殺人 in the death of Richmond Police Department Officer Seara Burton.
