Russia says it 発射 負かす／撃墜する Ukrainian drone 近づく 空気／公表する base
KYIV, ウクライナ共和国 (AP) - The ロシアの 軍の 報告（する）／憶測d Monday that it 発射 負かす／撃墜する a Ukrainian drone approaching an 空気／公表する base 深い inside Russia, the second time the 施設 has been 的d this month - again 明らかにする／漏らすing 証拠不十分s in Russia's 空気／公表する 弁護s.
Russia's 弁護 省 said 破片 killed three servicemen at the Engels 空気／公表する base, which houses Tu-95 and Tu-160 核の-有能な 戦略の 爆撃機 計画（する）s that have struck ウクライナ共和国 with ミサイルs in the 10-month-old war.

In keeping with the Kyiv 政府's long-standing practice of not 確認するing cross-国境 attacks but welcoming their results, Ukrainian 空気／公表する 軍隊 spokesperson Yurii Ihnat didn't 直接／まっすぐに 認める his country's 関与 in Monday's 出来事/事件 in an interview on Ukrainian television, but said: "These are the consequences of ロシアの 侵略."

In eastern ウクライナ共和国 on Monday, Luhansk´s Ukrainian 知事, Serhiy Haidai, said ロシアの 軍隊s have 孤立した from their 軍の 命令（する） 操作／手術s 地位，任命する in the town of Kreminna as Ukrainian 軍隊s were approaching after months of 激しい fighting. Russia's 弁護 省 didn't comment on the 撤退 （人命などを）奪う，主張する.
ロシアの 軍隊s relocated to Kreminna and several other areas in September after they pulled 支援する from the Kharkiv 地域 in eastern ウクライナ共和国. Kreminna is in the eastern Luhansk 地域, which is almost 完全に under Moscow´s 支配（する）／統制する, and is on an important 供給（する） 大勝する for ロシアの 軍隊s and serves as a gateway for movement into other 戦略の positions. Earlier, Haidai 報告（する）／憶測d that Russia had 孤立した its 占領するing 政府 行政 from Svatove, 51 キロメーターs (31 miles) north of Kreminna. 大統領 Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in his nightly ビデオ 演説（する）／住所 Monday that "the 状況／情勢 there is difficult, painful. The occupiers are expending all the 資源s 利用できる to them - and they are かなりの 資源s - to squeeze out at least some 前進する."
Haidai told Ukrainian television on Monday that ロシアの 軍隊s in the 地域 are "苦しむing 抱擁する losses and 医療の 施設s are 圧倒するd with 負傷させるd 兵士s." The ロシアの army is redeploying paratroopers from the Kherson 地域 to the area, he 追加するd.
In 隣接地の Donetsk 地域, 部分的に／不公平に 占領するd by Russia, 猛烈な／残忍な 戦う／戦いs continue around the city of Bakhmut, which ロシアの 軍隊s have been trying to 掴む for weeks to 強固にする／合併する／制圧する their 支配する on ウクライナ共和国´s east. Ze lenskyy said last week Bakhmut was the hottest 位置／汚点／見つけ出す on the war's 1,300-キロメーター (800-mile) 前線 line.
Ukrainian 公式の／役人s have 持続するd ambiguity over previous high-profile attacks, 含むing drone strikes on ロシアの 軍の bases earlier this month.
