UN 公式の／役人, Taliban 大臣 会合，会う on Afghan women NGO 禁止（する）

KABUL, Afghanistan (AP) - The 最高の，を越す U.N. 公式の／役人 in Kabul met with a Taliban 政府 大臣 in Afghanistan's 資本／首都 on Monday, に引き続いて a 決定／判定勝ち（する） by the country´s new 支配者s to 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業 women from working for 非，不，無-政治の organizations, the U.N. 使節団 said.

"Millions of Afghans need 人道的な 援助 and 除去するing 障壁s is 決定的な," the U.N. said, without 供給するing more 詳細（に述べる）s about the 会合. The Economy 省 広報担当者, Abdul Rahman Habib, told The Associated 圧力（をかける） the 会合 was arranged after Hanif 問題／発行するd the NGO order.

The four 援助（する） 機関s stopped their 操作／手術s in Afghanistan, 説 they could not 効果的に reach people in desperate need without their 女性（の） 全労働人口.

Islamic 救済 said its 女性（の） staff were 決定的な in 供給するing 必須の healthcare, food and supporting 未亡人s and 孤児s. It is 一時的に 一時停止するing 非，不，無-lifesaving activities in Afghanistan because of the 禁止（する）, although its lifesaving health care will continue.

The Taliban 引き継ぎ／買収 in 中央の-August 2021 as U.S. and 北大西洋条約機構 軍隊s were in the final weeks of their 撤退 after 20 years of war, sent Afghanistan´s economy into a tailspin and transformed the country, 運動ing millions into poverty and hunger. Foreign 援助（する） stopped almost 夜通し.

Qatar, which played a 重要な 役割 in 容易にするing the 交渉s that led to the 撤退 of U.S. 軍隊s from Afghanistan last year, 表明するd its 関心 Sunday about the NGO 禁止（する） 課すd "under the pretext" that some 女性（の） 従業員s did not 固執する to the Islamic dress code 始める，決める by the 政府 for women.
